St. Croix Council’s mission is to identify, interpret, preserve and promote the cultural heritage of the St. Croix Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin.  There are five major St. Croix Tribal communities.  These communities are Sand Lake, Danbury, Round Lake, Maple Plain and Gaslyn.  Their reservation land occupies 4,689 acres.
