Grade Requirement: Completed Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation: Paid w/ full-time benefits
Type of Position/Time Requirement: Part-time start with a minimum of 25 hours per week with growth to full-time hours with benefits

Summary of Position: Stellar Blue Technologies is seeking the employment of an Account Manager to working the digital marketing department with prior marketing experience who will need to fit a marketing and creative role to help organize, create and follow-through on social media marketing campaigns, content marketing strategies, analytics report, management of posting schedules and content generation. This skill set is to benefit Stellar Blue and its nearly 350 clients as well as its Training Studio facility in Neenah, WI.
Main Job Responsibilities
•Work as part of the team
•Write professional, intriguing AP Style content
•Stay abreast of all Social Media and digital marketing strategies and confidently consult opportunities to customers
•Have a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (CS4 or higher) and Microsoft Office products
•Have outstanding communication skills for dealing directly with customers, and fellow associates
•Make accurate and timely decisions on a daily basis
•Have outstanding Stellar Blue product knowledge
•Work independently from a home location with little to no supervision.
•Have a flexible schedule that may include some night and weekend work
•Continually expand knowledge of all internet and mobile marketing strategies
•Work closely with assigned accounts to serve as a strategic digital marketing outlet for the client
•Be able to understand and interpret Analytical data
•Create and deliver informative presentations
•Continually uphold all company values and standards

•Completed a degree in a related field; with a strong self-motivated nature;
•Minimum two years of prior marketing experience
•Experience with working with professional social media accounts (Business Pages, Company Profiles, etc.)
•Ability to write effectively and perform necessary market research;
•Ability to create ad layouts and campaigns;
•Ability and willingness to learn new computer applications;
•Proficient Adobe knowledge (*Extensive experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (CS4 or higher) as well as AP Style is preferred);
•Excellent communication, organizational and analysis skills;
•Meticulous attention to detail in a timely manner;
•Strong initiative, inquisitiveness and self-discipline.
