Make Your Followers Fall in Love with Your Business

The season of love is upon us, and in honor of Valentine’s Day we’d like to help you get your followers to fall in love with your content. Writing interesting and engaging content can be tricky, so here are a few tips to help you create intriguing posts that will help you win over some new followers and keep the old ones around.

Videos and Pictures
People love videos. No one reads complete articles or lengthy posts anymore, they just skim over them. Create a video that features one of your favorite products and then physically shows your followers how to use that product, because people would probably much rather watch a video than read some lengthy instruction manual. Live-streaming video applications such as Periscope, Meerkat, Snapchat and Facebook live-streaming have become very popular in recent months, so these are great applications to take advantage of and will help you to create a more personal brand for your business.

Recycle your Posts
We all have those few blog posts that did really well way back when we first published them. But over time those posts become less of a traffic generator due to the age of the post. Updating and recycling your content not only saves you time but give you another opportunity to capture that traffic again without having to reinvent the wheel.

Reframe your Posts
Change your social media posts’ content on different platforms. If you post a blog on Twitter, reword its description on Facebook to create a greater variety for your followers and broaden the content that can be picked up by search engines. People are more likely to get sick of your posts if they are seeing the same post on every social media platform they view. Change it up and make your followers happy! What makes people click on Twitter may be different from what makes them click on Facebook.
