Mark’s East Side has been family owned and operated since 1967 and with the launch of its new website, the restaurant will continue to share the family atmosphere that has made it successful. The easily navigable, visually appealing website will leave your stomach growling for more.


The custom website uses appealing colors and tasty photos to draw visitors in.  The main feature of the homepage is a scrolling banner that displays some of the restaurant’s famous cocktails and appetizing entrées. Visitors will find it easy to navigate through the website due to some interesting custom features. First, the website features interior page headers that change to mirror the food options displayed on the given page. Second, the website’s specialty menu pages make it easy to find exactly what you are looking for, including lunch specials, happy hour specials and weekend features. The custom designed website is integrated with the content management system, WordPress, which allows making updates simple. In addition, the website is able to adapt itself to any mobile device because of its responsive web design feature.

Goal of the website

The website was designed to display the quality of the food and family values that have made Mark’s East Side a staple in the Appleton, Wis. community. The photography on the site came out great and presented the food is a delicious manner. Furthermore, we wanted visitors to be able to find what they were looking for right away.
