Another free service, Google Moderator is a great way to get feedback on a specific question or issue that you’re dealing with. You are required to have a Google Account, so be sure to have an account set up before starting this. What Google Moderator allows admins to do, is create specific questions where anyone can leave public feedback. Once the feedback is submitted, anyone can vote yes or no on the idea. Moderator also allows you to easily share the posts through creating a link that takes you directly to the page for feedback. If you’re looking for a tool that makes it easy for customers to interact with each other, Google Moderator is a great start!
Have you ever wanted to know what your customer was feeling when they went onto a specific page? With Usabilla, you can get specific feed back for each page of your website. By simply clicking the “give feedback” button on websites that are enabled with Usabilla, customers can leave feedback on how they felt when they visited the page, how fast the page loaded up, as well as how clear the message of the page was. This is a great tool for companies that want to focus on specific pages, instead of just the website as a whole. They offer a 14 day trial, but after that you have to pay for their services.
